Toby is a seasoned human resources executive with over two decades of experience in global compensation, benefits, and payroll strategy. She currently serves as Managing Director at HR Method, a strategic HR advisory firm that provides fractional HR leadership to both established and scaling businesses. In this role, she helps organizations design agile people strategies, optimize total rewards, and build high-performing teams.

Toby has held senior HR roles in the Total Rewards area at Momentive Technologies, The MetroHealth System, University Hospitals, KeyBank, and Aleris, and previously founded T Fleischman Consulting, offering specialized guidance in total rewards and HR operations.

Toby holds an MBA from New York University, a BA from Columbia University, and the Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS) certification. Her expertise spans strategic planning, vendor management, employee engagement, and healthcare benefits, making her a trusted leader and advisor in the HR space.

Berlin Streif, GPHR

Berlin is a strategic human resources executive with over two decades of experience spanning HR business partnership, HRIS implementation, talent strategy, performance management, and organizational development. As Managing Director and founding member of HR Method, LLC, Berlin empowers purpose-driven founders and scaling teams through fractional HR leadership rooted in strategic clarity and emotional intelligence.

In her role as Senior Global Director of HRIS, Talent & Performance Management at Momentive Technologies, Berlin leads enterprise-wide initiatives that align people, purpose, and performance across a high-tech manufacturing landscape. Her career includes impactful leadership roles at Reliant Capital Solutions, Central Ohio Urology Group, Domtar, and O-I Glass, where she consistently championed employee engagement, leadership development, and operational excellence.

Berlin holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business from Bowling Green State University and the GPHR certification for global human resources professionals. She is known for her emotionally intelligent leadership, strategic foresight, and passion for building inclusive, high-performing cultures.
